Refund Process:
• All approved refunds will be processed manually by our admin team via your original payment gateway (e.g., Stripe or iPay88).
• Once the refund is successfully processed, the order status will be updated to “Refunded” in our system.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase to ensure clear and traceable transactions.
